I am a Clinical Social Worker who is a licensed independent social worker with a supervision designation. I am a social advocate for adult survivors of trauma and have extensive knowledge and experience with working with victims of sexual assault. I utilize multiple modalities for treatment and follow a strength-based empowerment process. I subscribe to a holistic approach in treatment focusing on mind, body, and spirit connection. I am a clinical heart -centered hypnotherapist and trained in Reiki. I have completed a HeartMath Clinical Certification for Stress, Anxiety, and Emotional Management. I completed mediation and conflict resolution training through the Ohio State Supreme Court. I have worked in multiple capacities in outpatient clinical treatment settings prior to opening up a private practice. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults coping with anxiety, stress, depression, grief/bereavement, individuals and families coping with PTSD and trauma. I am a graduate of Youngstown State University with both my undergraduate and graduate degree in Social Work. I strive to enhance clients’ own-problem-solving abilities and rational thinking. Client’s personal goals are explored carefully through a nurturing therapeutic relationship.
